ABOUT

The purpose of the VFW is to speed rehabilitation of the nation's disabled and needy veterans, assist veterans' widows and orphans and the dependents of needy or disabled veterans, and promote Americanism by means of education in patriotism and by constructive service to local communities.

OUR PROGRAMS

The VFW offers a wide range of assistance programs aimed at helping veterans of every generation. Whether that means providing free, professional help filing or appealing a VA claim, offering scholarships for post-secondary education or providing emergency financial relief when times get tough, VFW 4761 is there for America's veterans.

The Volunteering program is our longest running initiative, based on the premise that making a real difference is not only possible but vital. At VFW 4761, Volunteering is a source of great pride for our Non-Profit Organization.
